Beyond being a career and life coach—or your coaching companion—I’m someone constantly seeking meaning and understanding, driven by a deep curiosity about how we, and life itself, operate. I learn from you, myself, those around me, and nature. I’m also an active listener, whether it’s to conversations, your ideas, or the sounds of nature. As a writer, I express my thoughts, learnings, and passions—some of which I share on my website. As a facilitator, I’m eager to share what I’ve learned with you and others. Ultimately, I am many things, but at my core, I am simply a soul striving to grow and improve every day.

What are my qualifications?

I have a Certification in Coaching from a recognized coaching school. I have Doctorate Degree in Clinical Psychology & Master in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. I have more than 15+ years of experience practicing psychology and 10 years of experience in the Human Resources field.
